Mark J Denha
Co-founder of Wireless Vision, Mark brings over 20 years of exceptionally successful experience in the business world. This has involved the start-up, ownership, and operation of a variety of retail outlets. He participates in various community fund-raising charitable events. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1984, and he is a certified public accountant and a licensed builder. Mark and his wife, Nesreen, have three beautiful daughters.
Saber Ammori
Saber is Co-Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Wireless Vision. He has over 25 years of experience in business management and operations. His entrepreneurial drive has led him to start several successful businesses, most of them retail-oriented. Saber holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwood Institute and a Master’s Degree in Management from Walsh College. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jeanine, and playing sports with their five boys.

Danny VanDenBos
Danny is Wireless Vision’s newest VP of Finance and Accounting. Danny has worked in the wireless industry for over 7 years now. He has a degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. When not at work, Danny can be found playing with his 3 kids and spending time in the pool during the summer.
What does Wireless Vision’s purpose statement mean to Danny? “The purpose statement to me means that I work at a company where hard work and dedication will lead to everyone being able to improve not only their own life, but the lives of others at WV and the communities that we live in.”
Don Klacking
Don is the Chief Financial Officer at Wireless Vision. Prior to joining WV, Don managed nearly 300 dental practices in 10 states as CFO of Great Expressions Dental Centers.
Don is no stranger to rapid growth, and provides immense knowledge and experience to WV as we continue to build the infrastructure needed for positive and sustainable growth. In his free time, Don enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an amateur softball player and watersports enthusiast.
Yolanda Royall-Williams
Yolanda has over 20 years of experience supporting the retail industry with her leadership in Human Resources. She joined Wireless Vision in 2016- as Director of Human Resources and the first WV Corporate Office Director. Yolanda is passionate that the success of any organization starts not with resources but a with a people-first orientation which is why she chose her title to be reflective of People & Engagement. Yolanda leads the Talent Acquisition, Benefits and People strategies for Vision. She takes pride in strengthening the Vision culture through People & Engagement to set our teams up to do their best work and have an amazing employee experience.
Yolanda lives in MI with her “2 guys”, her 19 year old son Tyler (currently away at college) and husband, Rance. Yolanda attended Central State University and enjoys family time, community work and staying healthy so she can live her best life…YOLO!
Srinivas Janyavula
Srini is responsible for technology and leadership for the development and implementation of Enterprise IT strategy. Further, he directs the development, maintenance, and operations of enterprise information systems. Srini has more than 20 years of experience in the IT services industry delivering business and IT solutions to several global retail and CPG companies. He has a diverse background from both corporate America and entrepreneurship and is passionate about simplification, streamlining and enabling self-service of WV business processes. Srini enjoys spending time with his wife, Kavitha, and kids.
Rob Stapleton
Rob is Wireless Vision’s VP of Sales & Operations and has been in the Wireless Vision industry for over 20 years. He has a wife and two sons, as well as three dogs. You may find him fishing or snowmobiling in his hometown of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. His favorite WV core value is “Passion for Our People,” because there is nothing more important than customers and employees in this industry.
Joseph MacLean
Joe joined WV in 2019 as inaugural General Counsel. He has 30+ years with growth companies resolving operational, legal/regulatory, and risk/compliance issues. Joe received his MBA and JD degrees from University of Detroit Mercy. He also has a BA from Michigan State University/Broad College of Business. Joe and his wife Margie live in historic Northville, Michigan and have five children scattered to the four winds.
