Chief Executive's Message
Thank you for taking a moment of your time to allow us to introduce you to Wireless Vision. Headquartered in suburban Atlanta, Georgia, we are a software and hardware development company that takes a markedly different approach to technology than most high-tech organizations. Our approach always starts from a businessperson's perspective rather than a technologist's view, because we know that there must be a strong business case for any technology.
Technology must make good business sense, be easy to use, not disrupt operations, and have a timely return on investment.
Our "business first" philosophy has enabled us to offer some very innovative solutions to companies like yours. Most importantly, these solutions allow you to conduct your business processes the way you always have, without disruption, while greatly increasing efficiencies, productivity, and customer satisfaction. That means your people will be driving revenue rather than chasing issues.
Take, for example, a case where your sales people are calling on contractors, writing orders in a notebook with pen and paper, then calling/faxing-in the order. Imagine, if you would, a slightly different scene: when the salesperson writes the order in their notebook, the order is immediately sent to you as an email. Your staff didn't have to change their procedures, but now they don't have to call-in orders, tie up two people, risk mistakes, and make the order process a costly endeavor. And all they need to enjoy these benefits is pen and paper and a Blackberry cell phone. The salesperson in the field doesn't need a costly laptop computer complicating their process, so they can spend their time selling rather than dealing with technology.
We know you've spent many years building your business on a successful model that has been proven over time. We also know that you're always looking for ways to improve your operations (if you've ever had a field technician lose a work order behind the seat of their truck, you know what I mean). That's why we consistently look at how people work, and adapt technology to those processes. And we have a firm belief it does not have to be that way at all. Technology should not complicate nor disrupt one's operations--It should enhance operations and increase productivity, not cause pain and long term expense.
